“ Oriental Kopitiam has clearly struck a balance between efficiency, flavour, and nostalgic charm. Visited for Sunday lunch. It’s well known for drawing long brunch queues. A well-organised system — order chits were handed out while still waiting in line, which helped streamline the process and ensured the food arrived promptly after being seated. A lovely surprise was the nostalgic playlist – modern remixes of Chan Mali Chan and Geylang Si Paku Geylang played softly in the background, adding a uniquely Singaporean charm that warmed the heart and set the tone for a comforting, local dining experience. The clean and conveniently located wash basin was another thoughtful touch that made a difference in such a high-traffic eatery. ”
“ we came at 11.14am and there was a long queue and decided to just join in to see if its worth the hype or nah.. got our seats by 11.45am and the first food arrived by 11.58am verdict? worth it… the food all taste good?!?! personal fav gotta be OBVIOUSLY the egg tart, kaya toast and the polo bun!! the chicken from the nasi lemak is good Good.. the prawn taste in the prawn mee is prawning… the sweet potato fries rlly bussin… all slaps bruh must try at least once in your lifetime lol ”
“ Place is packed, the seating is close to each other. But thankfully service was quite fast, though seating might be a while if u come in a big group. Had the curry mee, and it was better than what i expected. The egg tart is definitely the high light here, simply yummy! ”

It was a thoroughly enjoyable tea from the thick aromatic iced coffee to the “crispy peanut butter oozing out” toast. The taro polo bun had iced thick butter sandwiched which made it delectably smooth. Simply perfect. ”
